Federico "Freddy" Ayon currently serves as the Vice President at Innovative Roofing since June 2024. Prior to this role, Freddy held multiple positions at Metro Credit Union-Omaha from August 2018 to October 2024, including Information Technology Staff, Virtual Banker, Assistant Branch Manager, and Personal Banker. Freddy's earlier experience includes working as a Bilingual Community Liaison for Omaha Public Schools from December 2014 to February 2018, advocating for the educational needs of the community. Freddy also served as a Senior Finance Specialist at SAC Federal Credit Union from April 2013 to December 2014, focusing on business development and member relations. Additional experience includes roles at Genesco as an Assistant Sales Manager and Beardmore Chevrolet - Subaru as a Product Sales Specialist. Freddy holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Metropolitan Community College and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
