Timothy Smith, M.S., M.B.A., currently serves as a Business Development Manager at Innovative Lab Services since May 2024. Prior to this role, Timothy spent nearly nine years at Waters Corporation, progressing from Field Service Specialist to Senior Territory Account Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing sales of technical products in the northern half of Illinois. Timothy also gained teaching experience as an Adjunct Faculty at the College of DuPage and held various research and teaching assistant positions at Northern Illinois University, focusing on molecular biology and effective science communication. Timothy holds a Master of Business Administration from North Central College, a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
