Chris Cantwell, PMP, CCSA, RCSP has extensive work experience in project management and client services. They currently hold the position of Senior Managing Director, Client Services at Innovative Driven, where they have been working since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as Managing Director, Client Solutions at the same company from October 2014 to September 2022.

Before joining Innovative Driven, Chris worked at Covington & Burling as a Senior Project Manager from May 2013 to October 2014. They also held various roles at Modus eDiscovery, including Senior Director, eDiscovery Solutions from March 2013 to May 2013, and Director, Client Services from April 2012 to March 2013. Chris began their career at Covington & Burling, serving as a Project Manager from December 2007 to April 2012.

Before entering the field of project management, Chris gained experience in legal services as a Legal Technologies Project Manager Team Lead II at Kroll Ontrack from 2005 to 2007, and as a Paralegal Coordinator at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 2003 to 2005.

Chris Cantwell, PMP, CCSA, RCSP attended St. Andrew's Episcopal School from 1989 to 1995. Following this, they enrolled at The College of Wooster from 1995 to 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Studies. In 1998, they briefly studied European Studies at The University of Freiburg. Additionally, Chris participated in a program at the Goethe Institut in 1997.

Chris also holds several certifications, including the Brainspace Certified Analyst from Brainspace (obtained in November 2019), and the Concordance Certified Software Administrator (CCSA) from LexisNexis. Chris is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, they attained the Relativity Certified Sales Professional (RCSP) certification and is a Relativity Certified User (RCU). Chris is also certified in Reveal-Brainspace platforms, including being Brainspace Certified Specialist, Reveal AI Certified, and Reveal Review Certified.
