Kasie Aguilar is currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Innovative Construction Group since May 2024. Prior to this role, Kasie was transitioning from military service and engaged in a job search during April 2024, following completion of the UX UI Design Program at Allegiant Giving from October 2023 to April 2024. Kasie has a strong background in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included serving as an Executive Assistant to the CEO from June 2021 to October 2023, managing communications for high-level executives, and working as a Satellite Technician from April 2020 to April 2024, leading teams and maintaining satellite networks. Additionally, as a Section Training Manager, Kasie organized meetings and monitored project progress while implementing effective solutions to potential issues.
