Elizabeth DeLuna has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Elizabeth started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Baron & Budd, P.C., where they were responsible for organizing and maintaining case documents in mass tort litigation. Elizabeth also assisted attorneys with document review and correspondence with experts.

Elizabeth then worked as a Paralegal/Legal Secretary at the City of Arlington for five years before joining Jackson Walker L.L.P. in 2012. At Jackson Walker, they initially served as an Application Support Specialist, providing support for various software packages. Later, they became an Enterprise Administrator, responsible for administering iManage front-end and back-end systems, including client upgrades and server upgrades.

Most recently, Elizabeth joined Innovative Computing Systems, Inc. as a Systems Engineer. In this role, they have advised on best practices for iManage, planned and executed upgrades and installations for iManage on premise backend systems, implemented iManage Work Indexer installations and upgrades, and updated SSL certificates. Elizabeth has also been involved in setting up iManage Share, iManage Threat Manager, and iManage SPM in the iManage Cloud and upgrading clients to iManage Work 10.

Throughout their career, Elizabeth has demonstrated their expertise and leadership skills by leading practice groups, keeping up-to-date with software updates and webinars, and advising on end-of-life for various software applications.

Elizabeth DeLuna completed their education in a chronological order. Elizabeth obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Elizabeth then pursued a Paralegal Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of San Diego in 2005. Elizabeth furthered their education by earning a Master of Science degree in Information Science from the University of North Texas, attending from 2009 to 2012.

Additionally, Elizabeth DeLuna has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the iManage Security Policy Manager Engineer from iManage in June 2023, the iManage Cloud Onboarding Business Analyst Specialist from iManage in October 2022, the iManage Cloud Onboarding Technical Specialist from iManage in April 2022, the Advanced iManage Work 10 Communication Server from iManage in May 2021, the iManage Work 10 Indexer Powered by RAVN from iManage in December 2019, the SCS Symantec IT Management Suite 8.0 Administrator from Symantec in October 2017, the iManage Work 10 Upgrade from iManage in June 2017, the iManage Certified System Engineer from iManage in March 2016, and the KCS V5 Principles from HDI in June 2014.
