Siobhan Edwards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social innovation and coaching, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Innovation Unit since September 2014, focusing on Children's Social Care. As a freelance project manager and executive coach since August 2013, Edwards has worked on various evaluations and coaching initiatives, including the Elgin Youth Development Group’s Listening Fund Project and “Time to Shine” for the Rank Foundation. Prior roles include Fellowship Director at the Clore Social Leadership Programme, where Edwards designed a £1M program for emerging social sector leaders, and a Senior Development Manager at NESTA, where key projects included health innovation conferences and the development of significant funding programs. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from York St. John University, an Advanced Diploma in Creative Writing, a BA in English Language & Literature from the University of Oxford, and ongoing studies in Counselling at The University of Edinburgh.
