Morten Lind Mølgaard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Morten currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Innovation Living since April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Chief Commercial Officer and Group Chief Executive Officer at Innovation Living from September 2018 to March 2022. Morten was also a Board Member at Kragelund Furniture A/S since September 2015 and a Board Member at TM Udlejning A/S since April 2012. Before that, Morten worked at TM Line A/S as the CEO from December 2011 to December 2014 and as the Sales and Marketing Manager from September 2009 to December 2011. Morten also held the position of Key Account Manager at Moment A/S from May 2008 to September 2009, and Key Account- and Area Sales Manager at TM Line A/S from January 2007 to May 2008. Overall, Morten has a wealth of experience in the furniture industry and leadership roles.

Morten Lind Mølgaard obtained a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD (A)) from Aarhus University between 2009 and 2011. Morten also attended the European Summer School for Advanced Management at Aarhus University in 2010. Prior to that, they attended Aarhus Business College from 2005 to 2007, where they studied to become a Market Economist. Additionally, during their time at Aarhus Business College, they focused on Statistics for business and economics.
