Helen Brown CMCIPD MBA BA (Hons) is an experienced Learning and Development consultant currently serving as an Associate at Innovation Consulting Group ICG since April 2021. As the owner of Orion, a training company established in June 2006, Helen delivers tailored training solutions in areas such as Leadership Development, Mediation, and Business Coaching.
