Sandra Perez is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in education, customer service, and the arts. Currently serving as a Teaching Fellow at InnovateEDU since January 2018, Sandra provides in-school tutoring for Brooklyn LAB. Sandra also contributes as a Farm Hand at Edgewater Farm, a role held since July 2015. Previous experience includes positions as a Crew Member at Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc., an Art Teacher and Student Intern at Jawonio, and a Team Member at JoAnn Fabric and Craft. Additionally, Sandra gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at AVA art gallery and art center, where responsibilities included assisting with exhibitions and leading a special needs art lab. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy from St. Thomas Aquinas College, attained in 2015.
