Kelly Mcnair currently serves as the Tax Credit Program Manager at Innovate Alabama since November 2023, and previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. From January 2018 to November 2023, Kelly operated as an Ecommerce Business Owner for 40 Stitch Boutique, successfully managing inventory software, website, and mobile app integrations. Prior experience includes serving as a Territory Sales Manager at Adrenaline Fundraising from January 2014 to January 2018, where a 150% revenue increase was achieved. In earlier roles, Kelly worked as a Business Analyst and Trainer at IMS - Integrated Medical Systems International, Inc., and as a System Administrator of Operations and Outside Sales Assistant at Clark Associates, Inc. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
