Phill Thomas is a seasoned management consultant, business strategist, and executive coach, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Innovate! since March 2002. In addition to leading Innovate!, Phill Thomas has been a Program Leader for the Self Expression and Leadership Program at Landmark Education since May 2004. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Partner at Accenture from 1987 to 2001 and being a Brother at Lambda Chi Alpha during their time at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where Phill Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1987. Phill Thomas furthered education with a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University in 2011.
