Pelin Asur is an experienced design professional with a strong background in user experience and product design. Currently serving as Design Lead at Innovance Consultancy since November 2021, Pelin previously held positions such as Product Designer at COFE App and User Experience Designer at Invesp. Pelin also worked as a self-employed User Experience Designer and has extensive experience in UX/UI design from roles at Enpara.com, Fanlig, Userspots, and T-Design. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Product & Service Design from Sapienza Università di Roma and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Istanbul Technical University. Noteworthy accomplishments include managing multidisciplinary teams and receiving the Microsoft Special Prize for innovation in a gamification-based project.
