Nathalie V has extensive experience in project management and operational leadership within various sectors. Currently serving as PMO Audit SSI at SYNETIS since February 2024, Nathalie coordinates audit activities and manages project delivery. At INNOVAL, since January 2021, Nathalie leads the PMO department and oversees approximately 40 ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to objectives and budgetary constraints. Previous roles include leadership positions at Altran, where Nathalie managed teams and projects, including work for Generali, and notable positions at BNP Paribas Cardif and AXA France, focusing on process modeling and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Cultural Heritage Mediation and a Master's degree in Ancient History and Political Science from Université Rennes 2.
