Mr. de Panafieu is a Board member of several large French companies and an independent advisor for French and international clients, mainly in the financial sector. He was previously advisor of the Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Chairman and CEO of BULL, a French company in the IT sector, and acted as CFO and then CEO of Lyonnaise des Eaux, a large French company in the utilities sector, today ENGIE. Mr. de Panafieu worked for the French government in the field of international economic relations and was advisor to the French President, Valery Giscard d’Estaing, from 1978 to 1981. He graduated from the Paris Political Studies Institute, the Sorbonne, the Paris Economy and Law University and the National School of Public Administration (ENA).
