Debra Pronzato, MBA, MS, PT, currently serves as the Regional Director of In-Home Services at InnovAge. With extensive experience in healthcare management, Debra has held significant roles including Advanced Reiki Practitioner and Regional Director of Operations at AccentCare, Inc., where oversight included six branches and 13 counties with an average daily census of 1,500. Previous positions include Executive Director and Director of the West Division at Southeastern Healthcare At Home, as well as Regional Rehabilitation Director at DePaul Healthcare, where Medicare appeal success was significantly improved. Debra's educational background includes an MBA in Health Care Administration from Penn State University, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont.
