Stephanie Hawley, MSc. is a dedicated Project Coordinator at Innovaderm Research Inc. since June 2022. Previously, Stephanie served on the National Leadership Council for motionball for Special Olympics, where responsibilities included optimizing national expansion and mentoring event directors. As a Co-Founder and Event Director, Stephanie successfully organized fundraising events, significantly increasing both attendance and profits. In academia, Stephanie contributed as a Graduate Student and Research Assistant at McGill University, leading a systematic review and participating in clinical research while also instructing various courses. Additionally, Stephanie has experience in aquatics instruction and lifeguarding through roles at McGill Athletics and various summer camps. Stephanie holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from McGill University, alongside an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Renaissance College Hong Kong.
