Hardik Kaushik is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and product development. Since June 2021, Hardik has served as a Senior Engineering Manager at Innovaccer, following a role as Product Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Axtria - Ingenious Insights and various consulting roles at ZS, where responsibilities included analysis and client setup. At Mercer, Hardik contributed as a Senior Software Engineer focusing on Informatica development and debugging. Earlier in the career, Hardik was a System Engineer at Infosys, engaging in data load management and ETL mapping development. Hardik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Jaypee University of Information Technology, completed in 2011, and attended Adarsh Public School from 1993 to 2007.
