Shriram Narasimhan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service desk support and product analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Service Desk Analyst at Innova Solutions since November 2021, Shriram previously held the position of Lead at Sutherland from August 2015 to November 2021, and worked as a Product Support Analyst at Symantec between July 2011 and July 2015, specializing in process and Norton product analysis, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting. Shriram holds a Bachelor of Computer Application from VELS University, obtained between 2007 and 2010, and a BCA in Computer Science from Sri Jadavbai Nathmal Sighvee Jain Vidhyalaya from 2001 to 2006.
