Randy Kasper is an accomplished engineering and technology professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director & Chief Engineer at Innova Solutions since February 2024, Randy has demonstrated expertise in delivering innovative engineering solutions and exceptional customer service. As the founder of APMD Solutions, Randy focuses on marketing and sales development for the tech industry. Previous positions include VP/GM Americas at Wafer Space, Area Director roles at Synapse Design and HCL Technologies, and significant contributions to Intel's communications and embedded sales divisions. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa.
