Karishma Saxena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Trainer in Global Learning and Organizational Development at ACS Solutions since March 2022. Prior to this, Karishma held positions as an HTD Facilitator/Trainer at TechnoGen, Inc., and as a Trainer in Learning and Development at ESDS Software Solution Pvt Ltd. Karishma also worked at Jumio India as an Assistant Manager in Learning Development and Team Lead in Learning and Development. Earlier in the career, Karishma gained technical experience as an Automation Engineer at Siemens System House, focusing on PLC/SCADA/HMI Siemens automation systems.
