Carter Blackwell is currently employed at Innova Solutions as the Sr. Business Development Director. Prior to this role, Carter worked at DIVERSANT, LLC as the National Account Manager for Financial Services, specifically leading the National Account for Capital One. Earlier in their career, Carter served as the Business Development Manager at The Midtown Group and also was part of the National Student Leadership Forum in D.C. Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Public Policy Analysis from the University of Virginia.
