Arun Sobhanjanan has a solid background in training and development, with experience working in various managerial and specialist roles in the field. Arun is currently serving as the Senior Manager Learning Delivery - Global L&OD at Innova Solutions, where Arun oversees global training delivery. Prior to this, Arun held positions such as Corporate Training Manager at Volt - International, Training Manager at STARTEK, and Assistant Manager Training & Quality at Concentrix. With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Arun has also worked as a Freelance Training Consultant for startups and as a Senior Training Specialist at The Minacs Group.
