Cemre Ceren Akkan possesses extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as the Software Engineering Leader for Platform Flights at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines since October 2011. In this role, Cemre specialized as a Conversational & Social Services Developer, architecting chatbots for various social media platforms and voice assistants, including Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Prior to this position, Cemre held roles including Technical Lead and Senior Java Developer, contributing to R&D projects and the design of the KLM website's shopping cart interface. Previous employment includes senior software development positions at Backbase, Credit Europe Bank, Sony, HSBC, and FinansBank. Academically, Cemre earned a BS in Computer Science Engineering from Marmara University and holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
