Shaherah Jordan, MBA, PhD, currently serves as Community Engagement Manager at Innova since July 2023, with prior experience in various stakeholder engagement roles at Jacobs. Shaherah held positions at Transport for London, contributing as Research & Insight Implementation Manager and Marcomms Assistant Manager, while also working as Transport Stakeholder Executive for LOCOG during the London Olympics. Additional experience includes a Marketing & PR Manager role at Smartbox and earlier positions within the Greenwich, Bexley and Lewisham Chamber of Commerce. Shaherah's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of East London and an MBA, alongside multiple diplomas in relevant fields.
