As NOC Engineer and Service Coordinator, Mike is responsible for triage and dispatch, ensuring that client needs are met within stringent SLA guidelines. He works remotely with clients, using InnoTek’s broad array of installed tools. Mike also uses his extensive knowledge of hardware and software to prepare quotes and proposals for existing and prospective clients.
