Leslie Rikleen has a long and accomplished history in the field of technology and innovation. Leslie began their career as a scientist and technologist, working on projects to develop new insulation technologies for footwear applications. Leslie quickly rose through the ranks to become a project manager, innovation lead, and company representative. In their current role as Manager at Innosight, Leslie is responsible for leading the Outcome Driven Innovation process to quickly identify $100M business opportunities and make business cases for their worthiness of further investment. Leslie has also taught herself new complex anatomy, disease states, treatment options, clinical outcomes, competitive landscape, and leveraged this knowledge to rapidly establish credible working relationships with top KOL's. In their previous role at Medtronic, Leslie was a summer intern who created and led Gore’s recruiting effort at MIT. Leslie was also responsible for providing tours of Gore’s capabilities and culture to a wide variety of audiences, including candidates, suppliers, and potential customers.
Leslie Rikleen has a bachelor's degree in materials science and engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a master's of science in the same field from MIT, and an MBA in business administration and management from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
