Aaron Daybell is the current manager at Innosight. Aaron has worked at the company since 2012, starting as a summer associate. Prior to joining Innosight, Aaron worked as a postdoctoral research associate at Purdue University from 2010 to 2016. Aaron also interned at DPR Construction, Inc. in 2009.

Aaron Daybell has a Ph.D. in Engineering & Innovation Science from Purdue University, an MBA from the Purdue University Krannert School of Management, and an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. Aaron also has a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Yucatan.
