Saravanan Shanmugam is an experienced product manager at HealthTechWiz since April 2019 and co-founder of Innoppl Technologies since February 2010. In these roles, Saravanan has conducted business meetings to gather user requirements, translated metrics into functional requirements, and developed use cases and UML models. Saravanan has partnered with technical teams to address system challenges, managed project plans, and ensured timely completion within budget. Additionally, Saravanan has facilitated system design specifications and recommended improvements to operational procedures with a focus on automation and efficiency, while also establishing key client relationships. Earlier experience includes serving as a technology analyst at Infosys from June 2006 to January 2010. Saravanan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai, earned between 2002 and 2006.
