Kaisa Ala-Laurila currently serves as the Toimitusjohtaja at Innoflame Oy and as a Board Member at Boardman Advisors. Previously, Kaisa held the position of EVP, Communications and Corporate Responsibility at Ilmarinen, where responsibilities included overseeing communication, marketing, branding, corporate responsibility, and stakeholder relations. With experience as Managing Director at Storskogen and CEO and Business Director at A-lehdet Oy, Kaisa has also contributed as Chairman of the Board for Finnish Design Shop and Keskisen Kello Oy, among other board roles. Kaisa holds an EMBA from Aalto University and a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Tampere, alongside various qualifications in board work.
