Maurice retired in 2001 after 29 years of service as Finance Manager of the WEAL group of Companies He is a Non-Executive Director of Terra Mauricia Ltd and as an Independent Director of Mauritius Oil Refineries Ltd. He is currently the Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of Innodis Ltd. H is also a member of the Audit Committees of the Mauritius Oil Refineries Ltd and Terra Mauricia Ltd.
