Christiane Nickels-Teske is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management, particularly in the HR sector. Currently serving as Director of Program Management and Continuous Improvement at INNIO Group since April 2019, Christiane has successfully led HR transformation initiatives, managed SAP Concur integration, and overseen compliance with environmental and governance standards. Prior to this role, Christiane held various leadership positions at GE Power, where responsibilities included expanding global channel operations, developing service channel infrastructure, and managing regional channels across multiple continents.
