Hana Sheikh is an experienced professional in product development within the beauty and biopharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Innersense Organic Beauty since October 2023, Hana has previously held positions as Senior Product Development Manager and Product Development Manager at JVN starting in February 2021. Hana's career commenced at Prima Fleur Botanicals from September 2016 to February 2021 as a Formulation Chemist, focusing on innovative product formulation and quality control processes. Prior experience includes a role as a Manufacturing Bioprocess Technician at Genentech from May 2015 to September 2016, where Hana supported manufacturing operations, and earlier as Head Cashier at Forever 21 from August 2010 to August 2012, managing customer service and inventory. Hana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis.
