Sjoerd Wiersma is an experienced project developer currently engaged in various initiatives focused on sustainable energy and innovation. At INNAX since May 2019, Sjoerd supports the rollout of a new concept for housing corporations and residents. Simultaneously, involvement with BRES since January 2019 includes the development and management of large-scale solar energy projects, exemplified by the Zonneveste project. Sjoerd also contributes to Stichting Zonnebank, aiming to implement solar energy projects in Breda, and operates as an independent project developer at SW Development, emphasizing sustainability, energy, and inclusivity. Previous roles include leadership at Endenburg Elektrotechniek, partnership at Boundless World Solutions, consultancy at Energyprofs, and positions at Imtech Nederland and Imtech N.V. Educational qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Science & Innovation Management from Utrecht University.
