Adam Wolinetz is a Senior Transaction Manager on the Advisory & Transaction Services Team at CBRE, where he manages national and global accounts for several Northeast Ohio Fortune 500 companies. Adam works with clients on real estate portfolio management, tenant representation, and real estate consulting involving complex negotiations. He has completed transactions in nearly every major North American market, as well as numerous assignments throughout Europe, South America, India and Asia.

Prior to joining CBRE, Adam was a Vice President at JLL in Cleveland. In his previous roles, Adam facilitated real estate transactions on both a national and international scale. He served large multinational corporate clients, as well as local and regional private corporations and non-profit entities. He assisted clients on a wide variety of real estate projects including: lease negotiations and relocation analyses, land acquisition and ground up build-to-suits, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and operations consolidations.

He earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Kansas School of Journalism.
