Begoña Muñoz Lopez serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Colonial and Utopicus since June 2018, bringing extensive experience in human resources. Previously, Begoña held the position of Human Resources Director at AB Azucarera Iberia from July 2012 to June 2018 and at Coty from December 2001 to July 2012, along with serving as Human Resources Director at Safelayer Secure Communications from June 2000 to November 2001. Begoña has also contributed to academia as a collaborator in executive education courses on talent management at ESADE Business & Law School and as a collaborator in the subject of "Gestión de Personas." Begoña's education includes a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master's in Marketing and Business Administration from ESIC Business & Marketing School, and various programs aimed at organizational management and customer orientation from IESE Business School and the University of Southern California.
