Claudio Alves is a professional with extensive experience in testing and support roles within the information technology sector. Currently serving as an Analista de Testes Pleno at Inmetrics since July 2019, Claudio has been involved in significant projects such as Auto Único for Seguradora Sura and Safrapay Mobile for Banco Safra, focusing on BDD testing, API testing, and automated web tests using various tools. Prior to this, Claudio held positions at Capgemini and Scopus Soluções em TI, contributing to system validation for Banco Bradesco. Claudio began a career in support roles at ADEDO Contact Center, Grupo TelSul, and Telefônica Brasil.
