Esmely H. began their work experience in 2000 as an Accounting Specialist at NegoRed, where they worked until 2006. In 2003, they joined Inmediata Health Group as their Finance and Administration Director, a role they continue to hold.

Esmely H. has a diverse education history with a focus on finance and business. Esmely obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and a Master of Management and Productivity Degree from Universidad APEC. Additionally, they pursued further education at the same university and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in finance.

In order to enhance their skills in financial accounting, Esmely pursued a certification program in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online. Esmely also completed a certificate program in Business Analytics from the same institution.

Esmely sought further knowledge in financial acumen through a program offered by the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Esmely also engaged in a program called Women's Executive Leadership, which was also provided by the same university.

In addition to their formal education, Esmely has obtained certification in Certified Specialist Accounting and Finance - HealthCare from HFMA in January 2013. Esmely also obtained the Certified HIPAA Professional certification from ecfirst in March 2021.
