Karin Estrada is an accomplished human resources professional with over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Currently, Karin serves as the Director of Human Resources for Plant Operations at Inline Plastics, overseeing all HR functions for the Salt Lake City plant, which employs 450 people. Prior to this, Karin held positions at Stampin' Up! and Miller & Company Real Estate Services, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Karin also possesses a background as an HR Manager at Broadcast International, where responsibilities included recruiting for the Salt Lake City office. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Business Management and Human Resources from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
