Mallory Buss has a diverse work experience in the sales and food service industry. Mallory started their career as a Garden Assistant at Gyo Greens in 2014, where they worked until May 2015. Mallory then took on an internship at The National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) for 2 months, where they gained experience in various aspects of food service management. In 2015, they joined Bayview Healthcare as an Assistant Director of Food and Nutrition Services, a position they held until October 2017. Mallory then transitioned to Sysco as a Marketing Associate (Outside Sales Rep) from October 2017 to August 2018. Currently, they are employed at Inland Seafood, starting as an outside sales executive from September 2018 to July 2020. Following that, they worked as a Regional Sales Lead - Coastal South East from July 2020 until February 2023. Moreover, Mallory has recently held the position of Corporate Sales Manager at Inland Seafood, starting in February 2023.
Mallory Buss completed their Associate's Degree in an unspecified field of study from St. Petersburg College between 2009 and 2012. Mallory then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Florida, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Mallory became a Certified Dietary Manager through the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) in September 2016 and obtained a ServSafe certification from the National Restaurant Association in October 2014.
