Alejandra Rivera is a seasoned Program Manager at Inland Regional Center, specializing in the Self Determination Program and Systems of Care since May 2022. Rivera conducts community and staff trainings and collaborates with partners to support parents and caregivers through the transition process. Previously, Rivera held roles at the State Council on Developmental Disabilities as an Associate Governmental Program Analyst, providing training on rights for individuals with developmental disabilities, and served as the Southern California Manager at EPU Children's Center, overseeing program management and human resource functions. Rivera’s experience also includes consulting for a NIH-funded research project at Loma Linda University focused on parenting skills for families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Educational credentials include an MBA and a BS in Business Management from the University of Redlands, complemented by foundational education at California State University, Los Angeles.
