Justin Tao is an experienced engineer with a background in chemical engineering and construction management. Currently serving as an Associate Engineer at Inland Empire Utilities Agency since January 2018, Justin has previously held the role of Assistant Engineer within the same organization. Prior to this, Justin worked as a Business Development Manager at CA Construction, where responsibilities included industry analysis, sales development, and customer relations management. Additionally, Justin participated in the EPA P3 competition focused on sustainable solutions and served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center for Environmental Research & Technology, contributing to atmospheric studies. Earlier experience includes a role as Facilities Manager at CE-CERT, emphasizing regulatory compliance and safety inspections. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, along with a certification in Construction Management.
