Erica Ginn is an experienced Technical Recruiter currently with Inkitt since October 2022, specializing in full cycle tech and non-tech recruiting, particularly in the EU and US markets. Erica has effectively coached hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies and has restructured the company’s ATS and feedback processes. Prior to Inkitt, Erica worked as a Technical Recruiter for StealthMode, focusing on internal recruiting for Sequoia backed startups, and served as an Account Manager and Event Associate at J.I.P. & ASSOCIATES INC., where skills in time management and leadership were honed. Earlier experience includes roles in customer service and team management at Q Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot and Spot A Pizza Place. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Jose State University and an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from Foothill College.
