Deya Mishael has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Deya began their career in 2004 as a Computer Engineer at Speed Computer Center, where they administered the company network and helped create new designs and solutions for network upgrades. In 2006, they joined AL Yousuf Group, Future Technology L.L.C as a Telecommunication Project Engineer, where they designed, installed, and configured AVAYA Media Gateways, servers, and Intuity Systems. Deya also installed and supported AVAYA Communication Manager, AVAYA IP Office Manager, and Witness Recording System. Deya then moved on to Future Technology in the same role, where they continued their work in telecommunication project engineering until November 2008. In 2009, they joined Injazat Data System as an Infrastructure Specialist, responsible for installing and supporting switches and routers, monitoring lease lines and internet routers, and enhancing the security of media and gateway servers. At Injazat, they later took on the role of Senior Network Security Engineer. Finally, they joined Dolphin Energy as an Avaya Expert in 2009. Overall, Deya has developed expertise in network security, networking, infrastructure, and telecommunications throughout their career.

Deya Mishael's education history begins in 1998 when they attended Khaled Bin AlWaleed High School, and completed their high school education in 1999.

In the same year, from 1999 to 2004, Deya pursued a B.Sc in Computer Engineering at Ajman University.

Throughout their educational journey, Deya has also obtained several certifications, starting with the CTP 2007 certification from the Telecommunication Industry Association in August 2009. They later achieved the Avaya certified Expert certification from Avaya University in October 2009. Finally, in December 2011, Deya obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco.
