Patti Giles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and sales within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Project Training at Inizio Engage since August 2019, Patti has successfully executed training for various Genentech brands and received the Outstanding Achievement Award in 2022. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Project Training at Ashfield Healthcare and Sales Manager for Genentech's influenza medication. Patti's background also includes work as a Neuroscience Sales Specialist at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, where significant contributions were made to the launch of NUPLAZID® for Parkinson's disease psychosis. Between 1992 and 2004, Patti held multiple positions at Roche, advancing from BioScience Sales Specialist to Division Sales Manager, overseeing a large team and contributing to major product launches. Patti holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Ithaca College.
