Belen Cainzos currently serves as Senior Vice President Client Engagement & Solutions for Europe at Inizio Engage since April 2023. Prior to this role, Belen held multiple key positions at STEM Healthcare from January 2018 to March 2023, including Vice President International West overseeing regions such as Turkey, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Marketing, Strategy and Digital at J.M. CAINZOS & ASOCIADOS STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, where Belen was a founding member of a private European network focused on consulting in healthcare, finance, and energy. Belenā€™s extensive background at Johnson & Johnson from 1997 to 2014 encompassed leadership roles in marketing and strategy across Northern Europe, Iberia, Greece, and Turkey, as well as the Latin America region for beauty and skincare franchises. Belen possesses multiple degrees from distinguished institutions, including an Executive Education diploma from London Business School and a BA (Honours) in International Business Administration from the University of Portsmouth.
