Emma Dennehy (Walsh) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emma is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy at Inizio, where they collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish strategic imperatives and develop execution plans. Emma also leads the delivery of strategic initiatives and oversees organizational change and M&A activities. In addition, they are a member of the Board of Directors at One In Four Ireland, a non-profit organization focused on addressing sexual abuse and breaking the cycle of abuse. Previously, Emma held positions at EY, where they served as Director, Chief of Staff, Senior Manager, and Manager in the People Consulting division. Emma also worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture.

Emma Dennehy (Walsh) has a Bachelor of Civil Law (International) degree from University College Cork and Charles University. Emma also holds a Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. Emma completed their Leaving Certificate at Hewitt College. In terms of additional certifications, Emma participated in the Leaders of Impact - Women in Global Organisations Peer Mentoring Programme in 2021, organized by the American Chamber of Commerce Ireland. In 2020, they obtained the EY Power & Utilities Bronze certification from EY.
