Garner's career highlights include leading project management teams, implementing efficient processes, and contributing to strategic initiatives that significantly boosted sales and operating income. With a foundational background from BAE Systems, Garner managed complex international programs and advanced through various roles to demonstrate expertise in life cycle program management. Garner holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Prairie View A&M University.
