Suzanne Mellon currently serves as the Head of Investment at Initiative since May 2023, having previously held the position of Group Investment Director at Hearts & Science from April 2019 to April 2023. Prior roles include Trading Director and Screen Trading Manager at OMD Australia from October 2013 to March 2019, and Broadcast Manager at Carat Ireland from May 2008 to April 2013, where responsibilities included deal negotiations and staff training. Earlier experience encompasses roles as a Senior TV Buyer at Carat Ireland and TV Buyer at Universal McCann Ireland, managing campaigns for high-profile clients. Mellon began a career in media buying as a Media Buyer at Mindshare Ireland, after completing a Bachelor of Arts in International, German, and Economics from UCD and supplementary diplomas in Digital Marketing and Public Relations.
