Laura-Anne Kell is a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at Initiative Health since July 2022, where also holds the title of Group Director. Prior experience includes directing roles at Four Health and a series of positions at M3 EU, including Client Services Director and Global Business Development Director, spanning from June 2014 to April 2020. Earlier career highlights feature the role of Healthcare Sales and Marketing Manager at EPiC Health Solutions and Medical Sales Representative at Astellas Pharma, where Laura-Anne was recognized as a finalist for the PF Award's 'Medical Representative of the Year 2011-2012.'
