Rachael Wilding

Principal Scientist at Ingredion

Rachael Wilding is a seasoned professional in food science with extensive experience in product development and technical roles. Currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Ingredion Incorporated since July 2023, Rachael previously worked at Mondelēz International as a Product Developer from June 2020 to June 2023. Prior to that, Rachael held the position of Technical Product Development Lead at The Vitamin Shoppe from June 2019 to June 2020 and worked as an Associate Food Scientist and Laboratory Technician at Pinnacle Foods between March 2017 and July 2019. Rachael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from Montclair State University, earned in December 2016, and also completed a program at Bakers Manufacturing Academy from October 2022 to July 2023.
